DearRecruiter is a Chrome extension for job seekers who want to skip the Easy Apply pile and reach recruiters directly. When you open a LinkedIn hiring post or job listing, a floating Apply button reads the post and your resume, then drafts a tailored application email in a side panel. If the post includes the recruiter's email, it's filled in automatically; otherwise you add it yourself. Nothing sends without your approval — every draft is shown to you first, and you can edit before sending through your own Gmail with your resume attached. The extension requests send-only Gmail permission, so it can't read your inbox, and your resume and details stay in your browser's local storage rather than on their servers. The free plan covers your first 5 applications; Pro unlocks unlimited applications plus application history and tracking. It works in Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers.
